If you love creating order, designing processes, and making operations run smoothly, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Develop a simple, functional system for creating and tracking bills
Build and maintain an organized inventory list
Manage ordering of materials and supplies
Help introduce structure to a company that’s been operating without much of it
Collaborate with the owner and field staff to understand what’s needed and streamline workflows
Who You Are
Someone who enjoys taking messy or undefined systems and turning them into something clean and efficient
Detail-oriented and confident creating structure from scratch
Comfortable asking questions, trying new approaches, and adjusting as the systems grow
A self-starter who can work independently once trained
