Key Responsibilities:
- Operate trucks safely and effectively to locate and recover repossessed assets.
- Secure collateral for clients while adhering to legal regulations and ethical standards.
- Communicate professionally with debtors, clients, and law enforcement during the recovery process.
- Document all activities and maintain accurate records of recovered assets.
- Work independently and manage time efficiently to maximize productivity and unit recovery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in various situations.
- Knowledge of repossession laws and regulations is a plus. (You will take training classes).
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet recovery targets.
