You will play a key role in helping us deliver outstanding homes while being part of a company that truly feels like family. RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the solicitation of bids from subcontractors and vendors
Work closely with internal teams to gather project details needed for bid requests
Send out plans and detailed take-offs to subcontractors and vendors
Review received bids and ensure they meet project requirements
Track and maintain accurate records of bids, pricing, and outcomes in Excel
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendor partners
Maintain an organized database of subcontractors and vendors for all phases of construction
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Ability to read and understand construction plans
Strong understanding of the residential construction process and bidding
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
Experience using Bluebeam (Revu) is preferred but not required
