Job Description:
We are a leading commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will own safety, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction from mobilization to owner turnover.
Responsibilities:
● Direct and coordinate tradecraft personnel and multiple subcontractor crews.
● Enforce rolling schedules and recover slips.
● Chair regular OAC and subcontractor coordination meetings.
● Maintain accurate and comprehensive daily logs, safety audits, and progress photos.
● Oversee a professional, clean, safe, and organized job site.
● Deliver accurate projects on budget and on schedule.
Qualifications:
● 10+ years leading commercial job sites
● Proven success on complex, high-budget projects
● Deep understanding of commercial sequencing, construction methods, plans-reading,
and close-out standards
● Proficiency with modern construction software
● Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple trades under tight deadlines and deliver flawless close-outs
● Current OSHA 30 and First-Aid/CPR; clean driving record
