Lorenzo’s Italian Kitchen is hiring a full-time Pizza Cook / Prep to work the pizza line.
Duties:
Prep dough, sauces, cheese, and toppings
Hand-stretch dough, build pizzas, and bake in a high-temperature commercial pizza oven
Work the pizza line during service
Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe station
Follow recipes and kitchen standards
Requirements:
Pizza or kitchen experience preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Pay & Schedule:
Full-time
