The DME customer service representative is the primary point of contact for patients, and our accounts. The CSR is responsible for processing orders and coordinating the scheduling of medical equipment deliveries. The position requires timely communication, documentation and great customer service. The position also requires handling phone calls and taking accurate messages. This is a full time position with a great benefits package. Compensation will be discussed during interviews.
