Location: Raintree Drive 3 blocks off the 101
Pay: $16/hour + commissions of $100 for each referral stimulated or $500 for each referral that becomes a paying patient. Also receive $50 for each testimonial video you take.
Schedule: Full-time, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch break)
We’re a busy, patient-focused medical clinic looking for an upbeat, reliable team member to support our spinal decompression services and help create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for patients and staff. If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and being part of a mission-driven clinic—this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Assist patients on and off spinal decompression tables safely and confidently
Support the medical provider and clinical team as needed during patient flow
Help maintain a positive, professional, and encouraging environment in the clinic
Stimulate referrals through excellent patient experiences, clear communication, and follow-up
Help with light clinic organization and patient-ready room standards to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, confident, and patient-centered personality
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions carefully
Comfortable being on your feet and assisting patients physically (as appropriate)
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Experience in a medical, chiropractic, PT, or wellness clinic is a plus (but not required—we can train the right person)
