Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay: $20–$25/hr DOE

A well-established apartment community in Mesa is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join their team. This role is ideal for someone skilled in property maintenance, repairs, and general unit upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
Drywall repair, patching, and painting
Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance troubleshooting
Turnover prep for vacant units
Maintain a clean, safe work environment around the property
Qualifications
Previous apartment maintenance or property maintenance experience required
Strong skills in painting, drywall repair, and general handyman work
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Ability to pass background and drug screening (required prior to start)
Compensation
$20–$25/hr, depending on experience
Full-time, steady Monday–Friday schedule
