Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and efficient worker to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to custodian work such as mopping, sweeping, sanitizing, etc. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, and waxing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in all cleaning processes to promote health and safety.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
Assist with janitorial duties in commercial settings as required, ensuring all areas are presentable and hygienic.
Collaborate with housekeeping management to implement efficient cleaning protocols and procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning standards is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety regulations related to cleaning.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
