The Valley Events is an event rental company. We provide chairs, tables, and tents for weddings, dinners, and corporate events.
Contractors must be punctual, responsible, strong (must be able to team lift 200 lb tables), and respectful. Candidates must have a cell phone and form of transportation. All contractors are required to fill out a contractor agreement prior to working with The Valley Events.
Our headquarters is in North East Mesa. Contractors are welcome to meet the team here to receive transportation to the wide variety of locations we are hired to perform our services. Contractors can also meet at the event location in their own vehicle if more convenient. Most of our events are in Scottsdale and Phoenix.
Setting up events usually takes place in the morning to early afternoon (7am - 1pm). Taking down events is almost always late at night (8:30pm -1:30am).
Hours are extremely irregular. All contractors should consider this a side hustle, not a main source of income. However, exceptional contractors have an opportunity to be elevated to full time positions.
