Join Arizona Restoration Contractors as a Project Manager (Sales-Focused)

https://www.arizonarestorationcontractors.com/

Arizona Restoration Contractors, a fast-growing restoration company serving the Greater Phoenix area, is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Project Manager with strong sales acumen to join our team.

This is not your typical project management role — it’s a sales-focused, client-facing position where you’ll be the first responder to homeowners in need, guiding them through the restoration process and helping them make confident decisions after property damage.

You’ll be the face of the company in the field — building trust, providing solutions, and closing new projects — while working directly with one of the top sales leaders in the industry who will personally mentor you for growth.

Our Mission: “Excellence in Every Experience”

At Arizona Restoration Contractors, we combine integrity, craftsmanship, and compassion to serve homeowners when they need it most. We’re not just rebuilding properties — we’re rebuilding lives, communities, and careers.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager (Sales-Focused), you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners who’ve experienced property damage. Your role will center around in-home sales consultations, estimating, and helping customers navigate their restoration options with professionalism and empathy.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with the owner and leadership team to ensure projects are closed effectively and customers receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first responder to homeowner inquiries and on-site assessments.

Sell restoration services through in-home consultations and insurance-based projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, adjusters, and internal teams.

Oversee projects from sale through production to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain detailed documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Represent Arizona Restoration Contractors with professionalism and empathy at every step.

Requirements

Prior experience in restoration, construction, roofing, or home improvement sales preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — ability to connect with homeowners under stress.

Motivated self-starter with a passion for helping others and closing deals.

Knowledge of property damage restoration or insurance processes a plus.

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work flexible hours.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $60,000–$75,000/year (depending on experience)

Performance Pay: Commission opportunities on closed projects (OTE: $100K+ potential)

Additional Benefits:

o Ongoing mentorship directly from the company owner

o Comprehensive industry and sales training

o Growth pathway into Sales Leadership

o Supportive, team-oriented culture

Ideal Candidate Traits

Empathetic Communicator: Listens first, guides second.

Sales-Driven: Confident closing deals while creating value for the client.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ensures smooth handoff from sale to production.

Growth Minded: Excited to learn from top industry professionals and advance in leadership.

Why Join Arizona Restoration Contractors?

Work directly with a top sales leader in the restoration industry who will personally mentor your growth.
