Looking for a landscaper/maintenance person. This is a 55+plus community located on Broadway Road in Mesa. Our community consists of 275 homes, with 41 of the homes that are Park owned, and an additional 17 RV spaces.
Job will consist of grounds maintenance, daily pool maintenance, at times refurbishing a home after a resident moves out and whatever else is needed on a daily basis. Work days are Monday thru Friday from 7 am to 4 pm, with 1 hour for lunch. Must be able to pass a background check, pass drug screening and have a valid drivers license.
