Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Wide Format / Bindery Specialist to join our production team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to work in a creative, fast-paced environment. This role involves finishing, mounting, trimming, and preparing wide-format signs and graphics for installation or delivery. Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate wide-format printers (rigid and roll materials) to produce signs, banners, and display graphics
Perform finishing tasks: laminating, mounting, trimming, and packaging to exact spécifications
Prepare graphics for shipping or delivery, including creating custom packaging when needed
Meet production deadlines and communicate any necessary changes promptly
Maintain equipment, tools, and a clean, safe workspace
Log production activities and coordinate maintenance or repair needs
Assist in bindery and other production areas as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with large-format printing (rigid and roll) and finishing processes
Familiarity with Onyx RIP software and basic color management preferred
Good problem-solving ability
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, regularly, throughout the day
Installation experience is a plus
