The firm is strategically designed, operationally streamlined, and built for scalable growth. With refined workflows, a client-first culture, and proven marketing systems, the practice is structured for long-term expansion and a highly profitable exit.

All core operational functions—pre- and post-engagement—are fully managed by myself and my professional support team, including:

Client consultations and intakes, retainer agreements

The current focus is on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings and civil law pre-litigation settlements, with immediate plans to expand into personal injury and family law.

Our mission is simple:

Deliver exceptional client experiences, achieve consistent results, and build a large, referral-driven client base.

This will be my second law practice built from the ground up, having previously founded, scaled, and successfully sold one of Arizona’s largest firms.

17+ years of proven success in law firm operations, management, and financial oversight

Former CFO and Founder of one of Arizona’s top practices

Extensive experience in law firm start-ups, scaling, and systemization

Comprehensive A–Z management expertise—from petitions and motions to analytics and client relations

A large base of repeat clients and a high-conversion marketing system ready to activate

5-star client reputation built on trust, transparency, and results

Your Role Includes:

Reviewing and approving prepared drafts, and bankruptcy petitions, motions, and filings

Attending Court hearings, 341 meetings, Zoom hearings, and reaffirmation proceedings

Conducting brief pre-retention client calls (3- 5 minutes) for legal consultation and oversight

Upholding the highest ethical and professional standards

Important: All case filings will be in your name and the law firm’s name as the Responsible Individual (RI).

What’s Already in Place

Fully developed systems, workflows, and operational models ready for immediate execution

Proven marketing and client acquisition strategies with measurable ROI

Strong customer-first culture emphasizing communication, service, and satisfaction

All administrative, financial, and operational management handled—you focus solely on practicing law
