We’re looking for a Creative Director who can bring our brand to life across every touchpoint — from Instagram to ad campaigns, product launches, and creative assets.

Role Overview
As Creative Director, you’ll be responsible for managing and executing the creative vision for Project Blue. You’ll oversee all marketing visuals and ensure our brand presence across social media, ads, and content feels world-class, consistent, and on-trend.
You’ll collaborate directly with leadership to concept and execute visuals that increase engagement, drive conversions, and elevate our brand identity.

Responsibilities
Own and develop the overall creative direction of Project Blue across all channels.
Manage, plan, and execute Instagram content, stories, reels, and promotional posts.
Design and coordinate ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other platforms.
Lead brand visuals for product launches, webinars, landing pages, and campaigns.
Work with marketing to craft high-converting creatives and visuals for funnels.
Manage creative timelines, asset delivery, and ensure brand consistency.
Stay ahead of design trends, social media strategies, and motion/short-form content trends.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Creative Director, Senior Designer, or Brand Lead (portfolio required).
Strong understanding of social media aesthetics, especially Instagram and video-first design.
Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva Pro.
Understanding of paid media creatives and what drives clicks, conversions, and engagement.
Experience managing creative teams or freelancers is a plus.
Strong sense of storytelling, typography, and modern brand design.
Self-starter, proactive, and capable of delivering high-quality work independently.

Experience in short-form video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Familiarity with DTC/eCommerce or SaaS marketing.
Previous work with performance-driven creative strategies.
