We have an immediate opening for 2 experienced Swimming pool construction coordinator/ Scheduler, capable of working in a fast pace high volume environment.
This position requires the following;
Is Proficient with ProEdge software to schedule swimming pool construction
Work with mutable construction trades in a fast pace environment
Coordinate vendors and order equipment as needed
Track all work in progress
Work closely with Construction Superintendents helping to coordinate their daily work
Skills to work with and resolve issues with difficult buyers working to find a good solution
Has worked in a home builder pool program environment
Fast pace pool construction in order to meet tight deadlines
Can Multi task, keeping projects moving forward at the same time
Is computer literate
Does know how to build swimming pools!
