- Previous customer service experience in a face to face, retail environment
- Computer experience with at least 30 wpm typing IS A MUST
- Proven ability to adapt and respond appropriately to changing work demands
- Goal oriented - proven career path
- Flexible - must be able to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts
- MOST IMPORTANT - Positive attitude in a highly motivated, fast paced work environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more and be able to stand for long periods of time
