Position Overview:
Store Manager: Lead daily operations, manage a team, drive sales, maintain inventory, and provide expert customer service.
Key Holder: Assist with daily operations, ensure smooth store performance, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Manager:
Oversee store operations, staff management, scheduling, payroll, and customer service.
Recruit, train, and develop a strong team.
Drive sales and exceed targets.
Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and merchandising.
Offer expert supplement and nutrition advice to customers.
Build relationships with community vendors and fitness professionals.
Enforce loss prevention and inventory control practices.
Key Holder:
Enforce store policies and assist with management duties.
Run store operations in the absence of a manager.
Manage cash transactions and store performance.
Assist with promotions, merchandising, and coaching.
Ensure store cleanliness and timely receipt of shipments.
Monitor sales goals and support customer service efforts.
Qualifications:
Required: 2+ years of experience in nutrition, supplements, or personal training.
Proven retail management or sales leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of sports nutrition and wellness products.
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Basic math, computer, and point-of-sale skills.
Must be 18+ years old and live a health-conscious lifestyle.
Bilingual candidates are a plus!
