Healing and Strengthening Families and Individuals, PLLC is hiring a House Manager for our sober living program.
Schedule: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Lights Out: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Breakfast: 6:00AM to 8:00PM
Pay: $15/hour (after shift through Zelle or weekly by check)
Start Date: Immediate (We need to hire this week!)
Responsibilities include:
- Overnight supervision and night-watch duties, documentation required.
- Securing and monitoring the property and grounds, inside and outside facilities will need to be inspected regularly.
- Providing safety and accountability for residents, check-ins to ensure that clients are following protocol.
Light cleaning and upkeep of common areas. Breakfast is cereal, oatmeal, breakfast burritos, fruit, juice, coffee, and water. Candidate will need to put out the food for residents and monitor their allocation. Light kitchen clean up (dishes/sweeping) needed after.
- Regular communication and reporting to the owner, calling and texting multiple times a night to ensure compliance.
- Documenting incidents or concerns promptly, Candidates will be fully trained before beginning of shift.
Requirements:
Must pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing < members of sober living community preferred
Commitment to zero-tolerance for substance use < Our residents are at a very sensitive time in their life
Reliable transportation, phone, laptop/tablet and ability to remain on-site during scheduled hours, no leaving premises allowed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in sober living or recovery housing
Background in social services, behavioral health, or related fields (preferred, not required)
No active felonies/warrants, no criminal history for past 5 years
