Crew Lead - 2 years experience needed – CAVE CREEK, AZ
Earth Care is a 40+year old company serving high-end homes in the Northeast Valley.
Minimum of 2 years experience in the green industry
Able to motivate and supervise up to four crew members
Able to effectively train field crew members
Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable on company’s insurance policy
Proficient in both oral and written communications
Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner
Work well as a team member
Self-motivated
Employee must be dependable
Able to work at a fast paced, safe manner
Must be able to handle extreme summer heat.
Physically able to handle the work load and have full range of mobility in upper and lower body
Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
Have reliable transportation to/from work.
Professional attitude. Courteous when interacting with customers and office staff.
