Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services: Welcome guests, check-in/out, assign rooms, issue keys, and handle special requests.
Reservations: Manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations via phone or online systems.
Communication: Answer multi-line phones, relay messages, and provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Financial Transactions: Compute bills, collect payments, process credit cards, and handle cash.
Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, to fulfill guest needs.
Problem Solving: Address guest complaints and issues calmly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
Administrative: Maintain accurate guest records, balance accounts, and perform nightly audits.
Lobby Upkeep: Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas clean, stocked, and presentable.
