Looking for someone to join our little team here taking care of horses and basic equine work. We are located approximately 20 minutes west of Ina and I-10.
MUST have experience working with equine for at least two years.
Can be volunteer or paid work experience. Winter Hours are from 7:30 am until approximately 11 am. Days are negotiable but really need help on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday if possible.
Duties: help with Morning feeding, stall and water trough cleaning and helping with grooming and turnout.
NOTE: This is and can be strenuous work, must be able to lift up to 70lbs and this is outside working in the elements so please keep that in mind as well.
For safety reasons, this is not a learn on the job job, so please do not respond if you do not have the proper experience.
Must be able to provide at least 3 work experience references.
We are able to work around your other work schedule if need be.
