Duties, responsibilities and required skills:
Handle all front desk/receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls
Complete various office duties including supply inventory and ordering
Maintain the cleanliness of the conference rooms and common areas
Assisting other departments with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5pm
