Position 1: Equipment Operator / Form Setter
Responsibilities:
Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently
Set and align concrete forms
Perform grade work and rock preparation
Place and tie rebar according to specifications
Assist with concrete pours and related tasks
Requirements:
Experience operating construction equipment (skid steer, mini-ex, etc.)
Knowledge of grade work, forming, and rebar installation
Ability to assist in all phases of concrete placement
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Position 2: Concrete Finisher
Responsibilities:
Finish, smooth, and texture concrete surfaces
Perform edgework, broom finishes.
Work with crews to ensure proper pour and finish timing
Maintain tools and ensure high-quality workmanship
Requirements:
Proven experience in concrete finishing
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and finish quality
Reliable transportation
