Program Coordinator for Adult Day Program

As a Program Coordinator (PC), you’ll play a vital role in assisting program operations, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the smooth execution of services. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Assist the Program Director in ensuring consistent, high-quality programmingStep in as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) when needed to ensure continuity of careAssist with goal tracking and progress repotsOversee daily documentation, ensuring accuracy in individual records, ISP updates, and data trackingPlan and schedule engaging program services, recreation, and activitiesCoach and support our dedicated staffSupport staff in accurate documentation and program executionProvide hands-on coaching to individuals in skill-building and community integrationAssist with financesCommunicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teamsAssist with facility management to ensure a safe and supportive environmentThis is a driving position, must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.  The Program Coordinator reports directly to the Program Director.
