The team is part of the broader Global Controllership function within Global Finance.About The RoleWe’re seeking a forward-thinking Senior Accounting Manager to lead and elevate our North America Controllership team. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive operational excellence, lead a talented team, and champion innovation through automation and process transformation. You’ll oversee critical accounting functions including Leases, Revenue, and Corporate Services, while playing a key role in shaping the future of our general ledger team.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who combines strategic thinking with operational execution and is excited about transforming accounting through automation, process improvement, and AI.What You’ll DoLead with purpose: Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. Own the close: Oversee the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting deliverables.Drive transformation: Spearhead automation and process enhancements to streamline operations, reduce close timelines, and implement scalable automations and AI-powered solutions. Strengthen controls: Ensure robust internal controls and SOX compliance, supporting audit readiness and documentation excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with FP&A, Tax, Finance Systems, and operational teams to simplify and scale financial processes. Support SEC reporting: Assist in preparing quarterly reporting packages that feed into our external filings.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
