We are looking for assistance with our rentals.
This is part time, about two days / 12 hours per week or half off a rental unit in Placerville. Possible trade for discount on one of our rental apartments.
Help with paying bills, bookkeeping on spreadsheets, running errands, showing apartments, running ads, cleaning apartments as needed during turnovers, light repairs, as well as general help on our farm / ranch.
You should have computer skills, spreadsheets, google docs, and be personable and friendly as you will be in contact with tenants from time to time.
Generally, you will be working one to two days in the office.
