We’re a high-end landscape design and installation company based in Corona, known for quality work, professionalism, and strong client relationships. We’re looking for a part-time Personal Assistant to support the owner and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
This is not a work-from-home position. The role requires being out in the field, meeting clients, running errands, and staying closely connected to the business. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to details, and can truly be an asset — not someone who needs constant direction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The tasks listed below are examples, and the role will include more beyond this as needed:
Meeting clients at job sites when needed
Calling clients and following up on conversations
Scheduling and managing appointment
Keeping the owner updated with important information and changes
Taking clear notes, documenting details, and staying organized
Making calls for reservations, confirmations, and coordination
Dropping off and picking up items such as paperwork, materials, or coffee
Answering phone calls professionally and making sure no details are missed (names, company, and reason for calling)
