Note: We are NOT an agency. We operate 4 licensed RCFE facilities.
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Caregiver to work in our small residential Board and Care homes for the elderly. This is a full-time position that requires weekend availability, with additional shifts during the week.
Job Duties Include:
Assisting elderly residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Providing care to residents with dementia and/or incontinence
Cooking meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment
Working as part of a team (you will typically be working with another caregiver)
Providing respectful, patient, and attentive care to residents
Requirements:
Prior experience in a Board and Care (RCFE) setting is strongly preferred
Must speak and understand good English
Must be reliable, compassionate, and able to work weekends
Must have or be willing to obtain:
Live Scan fingerprint clearance
TB test
First Aid certification (online acceptable)
Training is provided
