Small, professional office seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations. Ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, client interaction and light marketing/outreach tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include filing, scanning, copies, organizing documents, tracking and follow-ups, telephone calls, scheduling, appointment coordination, client onboarding and basic CRM use (Clio experience a plus), general office support + light personal assistance, post-office mail runs and running other short errands (reliable transportation required), assisting with online presence & posting to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, helping to maintain an organized, efficient office environment. Occasional participation in outside marketing events (local farmer’s markets, trade shows, business fairs, etc.); Dropping off business cards, promotional materials and other marketing items locally; Identifying new advertising and display opportunities for marketing materials (businesses, community boards, local establishments, etc.)
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Dependable, Punctual and Professional; Follows directions well, Teachable, Flexible, Organized; Personable, Comfortable with Client Interaction; Familiar with posting on social media platforms (IG, FB, TikTok); CRM experience preferred (such as Clio), but not required. Bonus skills (not required): Notary Public, Grant-writing experience
