Monthly Residential Outside Photo Inspections & quarterly Inside Inspections
I own a small residential rentals (with 4 units) and want consistent, third-party eyes on them. Every month I need fresh, well-lit photos of the exterior—front, back, sides, parking, driveways, landscaping—shot from the same angles so I can track changes over time. Then, once every quarter, each individual unit gets a walk-through inspection, documented in both images and a concise written report.
Interior visits must specifically cover:
Condition of appliances
Structural integrity (walls, ceilings, windows, floors, doors, leaks, etc.)
Overall cleanliness and upkeep
I’m serious about detail, so please time-stamp the images, label rooms clearly, and note even minor issues. A brief checklist PDF or Google Doc alongside the photo folder works perfectly; delivery via Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar is fine with me.
You’ll coordinate access with tenants, respect their space, and get everything back to me within 24 hours of each visit. A good digital camera or a recent smartphone, solid lighting, and the discipline to keep the shots consistent are essential. Preferably a Real Estate Agent with Property Management experience or knowledge of State laws.
