Carrier Connections is expanding and we’re hiring an Account Manager/Sales Executive to support and grow our existing business customers. This is a great role for someone earlier in their career who has some B2B telecom or IT experience and wants a long-term path in technology consulting.

This is not residential sales.
No door-to-door, no consumer accounts, no retail experience.
We are strictly B2B.

What You’ll Do
This role is 70% account management / 30% New logos.
You will:
Support existing business clients
Build relationships with friendly check-in calls
Help clients upgrade, renew, or adjust services
You’ll also play a key part in expanding our footprint by developing new logo opportunities through warm introductions and leads we provide.
Coordinate with carriers to get pricing and quotes
Look for simple upsell opportunities (internet, voice, IT, cloud)
Update CRM notes, tasks, and follow-ups
Be the main point of contact for your accounts

What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you must have:
B2B telecom or IT experience (any level)
Examples include working in sales or account management for:
AT&T Business
Verizon Business
Spectrum Business
Comcast Business
Frontier Business
Cox Business
Or any MSP / IT provider / cloud / VoIP company
Experience must be business-to-business
We cannot use someone who only sold:
Residential internet
Retail mobile plans
Consumer cable
Door-to-door residential services
Additional qualities:
Friendly, positive, and great on the phone
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Motivated and interested in a long-term career
Trainable, coachable and teachable.
Comfortable working remotely and using a CRM
Compensation
Base Salary: $36,000 plus commission,
Commission + bonuses + incentives,
Reward incentives (dinners, concerts, trips)
Remote work, M–F schedule
