Overview
AEM-Pro is looking for a delivery driver with their own vehicle to deliver small car parts out of our warehouses around the Inland Empire.
Duties
Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations.
Load and unload products using pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary.
Ensure that all deliveries are completed in a timely manner while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Provide outstanding customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
Accurately complete delivery documentation and reports as required.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transit.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
Ability to operate box trucks or vans safely and efficiently.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and loading/unloading tasks as needed.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns is advantageous.
