Accounting firm located in Rosemead, CA is looking for a responsible mature part-time office assistant, must be able to speak Vietnamese and English.
Office Hours Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
(Temporary work hours will be 4 hours per day within those office hours - has potential to increase hours depending on experience.)
This internship is a great opportunity for someone recently graduated (or continuing education) and looking for experience/growth in the accounting field. Job includes:
Answering phone calls
Taking messages and forwarding calls
Welcoming guests
Filling out applicant tax forms
Bookkeeping
Filing taxes (personal and businesses)
Must be organized and have some experience working in office environments
Must be able to speak Vietnamese fluently
Must be familiar with bookkeeping and computer savvy
Must be able to work independently
