Structural Civil Engineer and Architect needed to draw up plan for a residential renovation. Two story home 1324 sqft.
Need Plans to be drawn up to get a renovation permit approve by the city of LA. Project is in 90042 highland park area.
Pay:
Architect plan $3000
Structural Engineer to do all the calculation and stamp the architect plan $4000
Must have a valid P.E. (Professional Engineer) stamp or have access to one from an associate.
Experience reviewing and stamping residential remodel plans for permit submission.
Ability to work with architect’s plans and check them for structural integrity and code compliance.
Ability to provide timely revisions if needed, so we can submit plans without delays.
Have experience working in LA building codes.
