Expanding Glendale Firm seeks Contract Attorneys to handle temporary and part-time projects.
Compensation $85 / hour and up, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have
o More than 2 years of experience in employment related or creditor-debtor litigation and
o Be able to handle a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy from intake through confirmation with minimal supervision.
Duties may include
Propounding and responding to discovery,
Drafting and arguing civil motions,
Negotiating settlements with opposing attorneys, and
Preparing bankruptcy forms.
Most of the work will be remote. Occasional in-person court appearances and meetings with clients may be required.
