Responsibilities Include:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Filing and maintaining organized records (paper and online)
Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
Inventory management and tracking supplies
Billing, bookkeeping, and invoicing
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with general administrative and office tasks as needed
Maintain regular communication with employees to ensure scheduling accuracy, uniform compliance, and other operational needs
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must speak and write English fluently
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Prior office administration or customer service experience preferred
