We are seeking applicants. You'll meet with the owner of the company when he flies into Los Angeles, updating him while en route by chauffeur and private car, arrange and attend luncheons, dinners, shopping, while you're not in person with the owner you'll be furthering exposure to his multiple companies through social media and fielding those calls, contacts and communications.
Because of the company's recent launch and exposure (one of them fine jewelry) you'll be compensated tremendously but this is not an hourly position. Domestic and International travel and work will be required (Santa Barbara, Seattle, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, Miami, Denver, NYC, Paris, Milan, Dubai). Therefore if you have family, pets or relationships that you can't be away from for a week at a time this would not be for you. The owner has a stable of cars you must be comfortable driving/Ubering at times to move the vehicles where and when needed. The owner also has an adorable 10 lb dog who accompanies him on trips (she loves women energy), it would be preferred you can pet sit if possible when owner/pet is in and out of town (main residence Hawaii). Please be prepared for some domestic residence visits and appointments for the Los Angeles area home.
Business-minded individuals that are self-starters and that follow out and carry instructions to a tee are preferred. A polished and successful realtor who no longer works in that field or is new in that field could be a great fit! In our business contacts are important and discretion is even more important. You must be vetted due to the nature of the inventory and security required in the financial and high jewelry industries. This is extended to friends and family for security reasons. Your desire to be fashionable and elegant is a top priority at all times when representing the company you will have access to deep discounts in extremely fine jewelry and access to ULTRA high net worth individuals.
Initially, the part-time nature of the position allows you to be free to do other things so you should have another income but the bonuses that you will receive will exceed any income you've ever had! The commitment will begin as part-time with the part-time salary and move into full-time with a full-time salary. You could be highly-polished, professional, youthful, classy, fun, presentable, positive, multi-faceted and kind. The owner would not tolerate moodiness or attitude for any reason.
Professional means you not being 'first' and leaving your personal issues somewhere else while in his company. At all times while representing the brands and in the company of the owner you'll be delightful and people will look upon you as something extraordinary and exceptional!
Duties include managing travel, itineraries, personal security, accommodations, dining, occasional personal shopping, overseeing vehicles, office, home and errands, while reaching out on social media to grow and promote the brands.
Due to the nature of the business your polished representation personally, and while in the company of the owner, is Paramount. If you don't personally drive a very nice car one will be provided for you.
