Position: Production Representative needed for a construction company.
Location: Encino, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM
Duties:
1. Manage and update field reports in real time.
2. Communicate with sales reps and field teams.
3. Provide customer service and follow up on open tasks.
4. Work daily with CRM systems.
5. Be available for phone support after hours and on Sundays.
Requirements:
1. Experience with production in construction, preferred.
2. Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus!
3. Must be organized and very detail oriented.
4. Computer savvy.
5. Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Compensation: $4,000-$5,000 per month depending on experience.
