JOB DESCRIPTION:
ABI is looking to add a Service & Scheduling Coordinator to its growing team. The primary responsibility of the position will be to schedule our Support Engineers remote and on-site visits to our customers’ sites via our scheduling system. Additional responsibilities will include answering phone calls from clients, reviewing ticketing system, and basic office support. The position offers the opportunity to join our fast-growing IT Service organization and to help shape the future growth and development of ABI.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer incoming client calls and support emails
Schedule appointments based on service requests from sales team as well as emails, and phone calls from customers
and our technical team
Manage a dynamic and everchanging schedule
Communicate with clients on scheduled appointments and changes
Must have strong multitasking skills
Will report to our Director of Technical Services

Basic Microsoft desktop operating systems
Microsoft Office application suite (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
