Seeking an on site resident manager for a gated community by Venice Blvd and Crenshaw

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
- Show vacant units.
- Communicate often with the main office.
- Enforce community rules.
- Supervise workers
Compensation: Free housing at a 1 bedroom unit (normally they go for $1,550) Plus a company phone and internet
No other benefits.
