Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Graveyard Shift)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Unarmed Security Guard to protect and safeguard property in Long Beach, CA. This is an overnight position that requires vigilance, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter trespassing and suspicious activity
Monitor for and report vehicle break-ins or theft attempts
Respond appropriately to unwanted homeless activity on the premises
Maintain a visible presence to prevent unauthorized entry or potential break-ins
Document and report all incidents, safety hazards, and security concerns
Work independently while staying alert throughout the shift
Requirements
Must have a valid California Guard Card (required)
Must have a valid government-issued ID
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Ability to remain alert and professional during overnight shifts
Strong communication and observation skills
Schedule
Graveyard shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available
