Sales Personnel – Mariscos Bahia (Wholesale Distribution Company)
Mariscos Bahia is looking for motivated and outgoing Sales Personnel to join our team. We need individuals who can build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and help drive the continued growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential and existing customers to promote products
Maintain and grow customer accounts with excellent service
Handle sales calls, follow-ups, and order coordination
Provide product information and assist customers with their needs
Keep organized, manage customer records, and multitask efficiently
Stay self-motivated and productive — lazy workers need not apply
Requirements:
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (email, order entry, customer systems)
Reliable, professional, and consistent performance
Spanish speakers welcomed
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
