HR Generalist

Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Monrovia, California. This role is crucial in supporting our client's organization's HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. As the HR Generalist you will oversee the administration of the ADP platform, including payroll processing, employee records management, and reporting. For immediate consideration email your resume and call 626-463-2031. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely data entry into ADP systems. Provide support and training to employees on the effective use of ADP self-service tools. Coordinate and manage the annual Open Enrollment process, including communication with employees, vendors, and benefits providers. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and understanding of benefits offerings during Open Enrollment. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits eligibility, coverage, and claims. Conduct regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist role or similar Knowledge and experience in employee benefit program management Proficiency in open enrollment processes Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to formulate strategies and concepts for HR matters Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Professional certification in HR (e.g. PHR, SPHR) is a plus Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
