Description:
Family seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to assist a 31-year-old man with quadriplegia. He is non-verbal, incontinent, and wheelchair-bound, with a developmental level below two years old.
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate personal care and companionship
Assist with bathing, grooming, and hygiene routines
Provide incontinence care (2–3 times per shift)
Assist with feeding (requires care due to swallowing difficulty)
Ensure comfort, safety, and engagement throughout the day
No medication administration required
Schedule:
3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday preferred)
9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Compensation:
$25/hour (before taxes)
Workers’ compensation provided
Qualifications:
Experience in personal caregiving or working with adults with disabilities preferred
Dependable, gentle, and patient
Must be able to assist with mobility and hygiene tasks
