Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
We are a full-service CPA firm located in Aliso Viejo, California. We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing process.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage payroll processing and related reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Mastery in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in payroll processing and general HR-related accounting is a plus.
