Food Truck Cook / Driver
NOW HIRING – Driver and cook for gourmet burger food truck.
Schedule changes weekly so must be flexible. Please include your availability when responding to ad. Hours can vary anywhere from 30-50 each week.
Pay: $20/hour plus tips. Many events will add on very generous tips to your pay.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving & Logistics: Safely driving the food truck to various locations, following traffic laws, and ensuring timely pick up of truck from food truck lot in Anaheim.
Food Service: preparing food for service, grilling and frying, and ensuring food quality and consistency. Speed is important and you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Operations & Maintenance: Stocking supplies, loading/unloading, maintaining truck cleanliness, performing pre-trip checks, and reporting mechanical issues.
Food Safety: Adhering to strict health and safety standards for food handling and truck sanitation.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and lift heavy items.
Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility for varying hours and locations.
Knowledge of food safety and ability to operate kitchen equipment.
Reliable and hard working.
Team player with great attitude.
