Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives with Driving responsibility's to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining equipment, coordinating rentals through our software system, and performing timely deliveries and pickups.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize mobility equipment, including scooters, wheelchairs, and baby strollers.

Plug in and ensure all scooters are fully charged each morning.

Use company rental management software to process orders, track equipment, and ensure smooth workflow.

Deliver and pick up scooters, lift chairs, wheelchairs, strollers, and other transportable equipment to/from customer locations.

Perform basic inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning safely and properly.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and vehicle.

Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries and pickups.

Assist with inventory management and equipment organization as needed.

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.

Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and software platforms.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in equipment handling, deliveries, warehousing, or customer service.

Familiarity with mobility equipment (training provided if needed).
