Chino apparel screen print company hiring full -time Customer Service / Administration person that DOES NOT involve sales.
Prefer individual that has worked in the apparel screen print industry.
MUST have the following experience:
1. Friendly, calm & professional phone etiquette
2. Strong computer knowledge: 60% of position is computer input
3. STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL & MULTI-TASK SKILLS – handle 10 to 15 customers daily
4. Position requires individual with ABOVE AVERAGE ACCURACY
5. Ability to draft Professional emails with proper grammar - 90% of communication is via email
6. Ability to interact with other departments.
7. Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet formulas
8. Knowledge of Quickbooks software a plus
9. Knowledge of UPS or FedEx shipping software a plus
Pay range: $17 to $23 per hour based on experience.
