Temporary in Costa Mesa (onsite)
Seeking a temporary Receptionist with at least 1 year of law firm or professional services experience to cover a 6-week leave of absence starting Monday, 12/29. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering/routing calls, maintaining common areas, scheduling conference rooms, accepting mail and packages, and assisting with supply ordering and upkeep.
Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively to all levels of staff and clients; possess critical thinking skills, employ all necessary functions with a telephone console; perform work with minimal supervision; have working knowledge of personal computers, including understanding software programs related to job duties.
Hours are 8:30am to 5pm
Hourly rate is $23-$25
